Liable for gathering materials and creating graphic designs based on the text that the client provided. Canva is the tool that we are using in manipulating images. This graphics helps my client to promote her products more effectively.

Social Media

Social Media Management

Sprout Social & HootSuite are a social media management site that help brands and entrepreneurs to communicate with customers on social channels. I am helping my client by doing the Twitter and Instagram likes daily to boost follower and possible to boost sales and find clients as well. She also entrusted me with the review posting and listing on Yelp.

LinkedIn

I am assigned to process every incoming LinkedIn request on a LinkedIn profile. I am accepting all the requests that pass with the criteria and sending out emails to those newly approved request. It helps to expand connection.

Facebook

Facebook is one of the most popular social media sites today. My main task is to check the Facebook Ads Manager account every week or two weeks to invite those persons who likes and comments on the Ads to attract customers. Also, I am assigned to do the Overall Monthly Budget/Spend Check.

Twitter

The goal is to create/pull out tweets from an event posted to promote their events by scheduling/posting those tweets from their social media accounts (i.e. Hootsuite & Twitter).

Finding Leads

The task is in Hubspot to create a company profiles for those that are not in Hubspot. Also, assigned to looked for a contact person from that company (i.e CEO, President, Vice President) and they will be added on the specific company's Hubspot profile as a contact person and one of the tricky parts is to find a valid email for them so that they will going to reach out moving forward.

Finding Contact Person & Information

Research is not an easy task and being an initiative VA is important. I am always focused on the quality of output that could satisfy them. When it comes to gathering leads, we are using a lots of keywords that could give us the results that we want. And by the help of some extensions, I am able to deliver the best results.

Audience Bid Adjustment

Assigned to adjust the Audience Bid weekly for each client filtered by clicks and date range. It lessen loads since we are helping them with most of their Adwords work.

Demographic Bid Adjustment

Demographic targeting in AdWords, can reach to their customers who are likely to be within the demographic groups that they chose (i.e gender, location and ages). Updating the Bid adjustment data of their customers campaign every week is a great help.

Placement and Default Pruning, Exclude Placement Mobile apps from Display Campaigns

The task is to filter out the worthless, dangerous, or ineffective sites from the herd, preserving only the ones that can produce the results they want--conversions!
